Nepalese Society of Community Medicine (NESCOM) is a “not for profit” professional society of graduates in Community Medicine established in 2015 with the vision to ensure highest attainable health of people of Nepal.
It is a network of over 100 residents and graduates who are actively engaged in academics, research, and development projects in Nepal and abroad. NESCOM has also established strong linkage with the government sector and other national and international organizations and has been providing technical support for successful implementation of programs.
NESCOM is formally registered (SWC affiliation no: 45190) under the social welfare act (section 13) on 14th February 2017 in the Social Welfare Council, Kathmandu
